Year 2:To maintain TA support for targeted intervention in Literacy and Maths – 5 afternoons/2 adults in Year 2 |
Year 1:Additional adult in the EYFS/Reception classes to support the high level need within this year group. Emotional, social, behavioural and learning needs will be supported.Intervention groups have been identified and supported to address needs with a strategic focus on literacy.Additional TA support to maintain the daily Reading and Maths Intervention in Year 1 to increase the rate of progress on transition from the EYFS into KS1. This is to follow up the successful impact in reception. |

EYFS:A large proportion of the children enter Reception and Nursery broadly below age related expectations and with a range of specific needs.Additional adult in the EYFS/Reception classes to support the emotional, social and learning needs identified of large classes with identified need (Reception) This cohort has a number of EAL children; early focused intervention will support their needs around reading and literacy enabling acceleration of learning into KS1.Intervention groups to be identified and supported in CLL & Mathematics |
Because of the increase in EAL children we have agreed that our specialist HLTA will deliver Speech & Language support, including EAL to support the intervention impact in EYFS. |

After School Clubs:Funding to support staff in order to enable a greater number of clubs providing a wider range of activities are available and accessible to more children.
